This 12-week program builds an individual’s capacities through a combination of group lesson and coaching sessions, and between-session practice and ongoing self-reflection.
To ensure personalized attention, programs are limited to 6 participants per cohort (minimum 3).
Investment for 12-week program: $1500 per person
This workshop helps participants develop 3 key aspects of their leadership presence:
Participants meet for 2, 1-day workshops to learn core principles, practice new moves, and integrate a plan of action for themselves and their teams. In between the two sessions, participants are required to engage in a personalized practice and self reflection process to solidify and anchor their new leadership presence.
To ensure personalized attention, this workshop is limited to 10 participants (minimum 3).
Requires 2 full days, 3-4 weeks apart.

Many emerging leaders find that initiating, participating in and mediating difficult conversations is one of the most challenging aspects of their new role.
This 1-day workshop helps participants
Develop lucidity on how they currently show up in these conversations
Understand how others might be engaging (and why it’s so challenging!)
Learn new strategies and practices to be better able to lead with presence, empathy and efficacy through conflict, confusion and interpersonal challenges.
This workshop is are limited to 15 participants (minimum 3).
